It connects easily enough as usual but as soon as you try to use any of the functions it just disconnects. I can connect to my MacBook without issue and it operates fine. For some printer models, when connecting via a USB cable, the printer cannot be detected, and the installer does not proceed to the next stage. *The driver has been installed. Accordingly, printing is available. *Even if [Cancel] is selected, IJ Printer Assistant Tool is not installed. [Workaround] Remove and reinsert the USB cable. However Connecting the HDMI out of the camera to the HDMI output of a laptop is a recipe for damaging one or the other, or both. Thank you all for your replies. So far, still not working. EOS Launcher is running and doing nothing, not detecting a camera. I manually started EOS Utility 3 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Canon\EOS Utility\EU3\EOS Utility 3.exe) and again it's doing nothing, not detecting a camera. All programs are up to date, and Wifi is disabled on the camera.

I’ve been trying to connect the camera to my phone and it will connect to the WiFi but tell me there is no internet connection. So I’m unable to get the pictures from my camera on my phone. I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, tried setting up the app all over again and still get “No Internet Connection.” Finally worked out why my Cannon EOS Camera was not being recognised by Windows 10, finally got EOS Utility to work again.
