My 2014 GC just had the "check engine" light come on and I noted the info panel shows the oil pressure at 100PSI with no change by rpm. My first thought is the pressure relief valve may be stuck.
Check engine light up solidly after oil change. I changed oil on my 2008 grand cherokee 3.7 Laredo last Friday. I drove for 20 km without any problem afterwards.
